Mike, our driver was amazing. He went above and beyond coaching us through the process and literally getting his hands dirty. Wouldn’t even take a tip! Whole experience has been 10/10. Will be a repeat customer. I'll keep trying to tip.
I ordered a yard of garden soil. Simple and easy online process. It was delivered when they said it would be. The driver (Jonathan) was friendly, professional and polite. He even stopped to chat with us for a few minutes. The world needs more people like him! Will be using Sagamore again!!!
Big company doesn't always mean big quality. $46 dollars for a yard of topsoil with giant chunks of clay. Mulch has white mold on it straight from the yard... 10/10 would not recommend unless they are the only place open on a Saturday and you absolutely need the material. I called and expressed my opinion only to be told the will discount me next time I come back. We'll I live 40 mins away. He didn't seem to care or have a better plan to resolve the issue.
Their website alone earns them 5 stars. I was shocked at how many landscape supply companies either had poor quality photos or no photos at all on their website. I was shopping around for flower bed rocks so being able to see images of the actual product, a detailed size description, and pricing was very important to me. They even have an option to order directly on their site! Went to dump dirt twice, the young man in the office was nice and cool. The lady on the loader was nice and friendly.
