Mark was excellent to deal with a great customer support. I had the cover installed 2 years ago and one of the anchors broke recently. Mark came out and changed the anchor no questions asked. He said if I have any issues in the future not to hesitate to call him as he would be more than willing to help out. Couldn’t ask for anything better.
