Hired Tel Cary he dragged his feet when I told him I had 100% video proof the San Benito sheriff deputy Lugo violated my civil rights with an illegal search & seizure. I wanted to file a civil suit against the sheriffs department he told me to wait until he got the charges reduced. He tried to get me to plea to a lesser charge I refused & he finally looked at the video I have submitted it to the courts the Assistant D.A. Dropped the case.
