The management and security at this property are extremely poor. The manager makes doesn't haveeffort to address residents' concerns or improve the living conditions. On several occasions, staff have entered apartments when residents were not home, and when questioned about it, the explanation given was that they were conducting repairs. Residents pay for access to the pool through their rent and fees, while non-residents used the pool. Don't do it. Way over priced for what you get. Has black mold, mice, roaches. All the ducts are attached to one another so all the bugs, smells, mice just go from one apartment to another. Also, Google how many times the police have been called. Shootings, fights, drug deals.
