It took me quite some time to write this review. I will say that Ryan started out being very professional. And somewhere along the line, he surprised me. I am assuming he’s not okay with clients not being consistent? At some point, I would schedule an appointment and he would intentionally cancel the appt. When I texted him to inquire, he wouldn’t respond. Who does that as a professional? If you’re not a constant, I’m assuming he doesn’t want your business. Incredibly kind, and personable. Ask you about how you've been and actually listens/cares. Very upfront and honest recommend what would help my hair so i don't risk severe breakage, or thinning. 1,000,000/10 definitely a hairstylist I WILL be returning to!
Visited during the holidays and got squeezed in last minute for an appointment. My hair felt amazing and received tons of compliments! Highly recommend!
I had my first appointment with Ryan since moving to the Charleston area. My hair was in bad shape due to transitioning from relaxer to natural, in severe need of a cut (not trim), and breakage! I also expressed to Ryan that I am low maintenance when it comes to my hair and I hate dealing with it, especially with the humidity here.
