It's was very nice I got my medication that I need for the year. Was sent a three months supply and RX Helper called to confirm it made it to me. I said yes was very happy to receive the meds. She told me my next ship would be in April. Additionally I was told that we would have to renew in late November or early December for the following year. Thank you .

UPDATE… They did refund the monthly payments but kept the 60$ start up fee. ( original post) I paid for a service and received absolutely nothing in return. After taking the initial signup fee, they charged additional “service fees” without providing any actual service. When I asked for a refund, they told me the fees were “non‑refundable,” even though no work was ever done. I cancelled immediately, but they still refused to return the money. Hopefully things will move a little faster after speaking with Walter. It is difficult to reach someone at your office by phone. Walter made me feel better by his attention to the matter at hand. I did appreciate hs concern.
