Made a call and was diagnosed over the phone. Set an appointment and the tech showed up as promised with the parts. Fan motor and capacitor replaced. Happy customer !
Love this rv company honest and professional service is incredible
The first time they done our warranty work they were quick to respond and quick to come out and resolve our issue. The second time took a couple of days but got it fixed. The third time has been a horrible experience, they came out looked at our air “submitted” the claim right then and there for the fan motor in November, here it is February and nothing has been “submitted”(after the tech supposedly got a case number back in November), says they text the morning I called for the purchase date of our camper after they have do... read more
Hands down the best RV service I've ever had. They made sure that I had the right part and went out of their way to get it to me as quickly as possible, even following the delivery with free advice. 10/10 would definitely recommend
