What an absolute pleasure having John come out to see our old 70’s Dodge Sportsman RV! A lot of people shy away from even being willing to look at or discuss anything to do with a camper of this age, let alone work on one, but there was no hesitation with RV Source. The tech came at appointed time. He was thorough. Very courteous. Explained everything to me. Came back after ordering the part and repaired it.
They've came to the camper gave us an estimate now they're saying they're waiting for the warranty to see how to proceed calling them is a bunch of bullcrap they won't answer the phone they can just tell if they don't want to do the work it'll be all right with us
They came a month ago and checked my rv problem, it's under factory warranty said would file claim and fix it , they answered phone 2 time and gave excuse, now won't answer phone or tx for over a wk, Ok it's been over 2 wks still no call from anyone about my trailer, won't tx back, the lady that dies answer sometime I'd nice but never gives excuses not answers. Still nothing but bs, I wouldn't let them work on a dog house. I'm calling heartland,
