I had a great experience with RV Lad! They assisted me with a repair and a warranty claim and were terrific throughout the process. They were always on time, super helpful, and got everything done quickly. I can’t recommend them enough
I’m pretty disappointed. I have a broken slide, and while they were able to schedule me an appointment the same day (truly amazing!), that’s about all that went right. My estimate for an hour diagnosis was about $350. The guy called me after getting there and taking a look and said it was a broken motor. He replaced the motor, by which time I had gotten there to see how things were going. The new motor did not fix the problem. Everyine says living in a travel trailer isn't a good idea, but here I am. RVLad has come to my rescue several times and they have always given good service. They are my go-to company when something breaks or stops working.
I had a very difficult to solve slide out issue. The RV Lad patiently spent all the time needed to figure out how to make the repair and I was SUPER satisfied. Great guy!
We had RVLad repair several things in our Winnebago Motorhome. (Water leaking from behind the washer. Kitchen panel needed to be reattached, fixed our leaky roof. Joseph and Carlos did an amazing job and will definitely call them again if and when we need repairs on our coach.
