I can say overall this property management company has not been a pleasure to work with. If you have any maintenance issues there is a chance your request will be ignored, closed, or the person that comes out barely looks at the issue and leaves with minimal effort to address the issue. When moving out they held a portion of the security deposit but would not give an itemized list of "repairs".
