The entire staff at Rutherford Memory Care are angels imo. They all cared for and loved my mother as if she was their own. Because of this, her entire family saw her peace and joy while The Rutherford was her “home”. I will be forever grateful and thankful for everyone there. <3
Great place.
My mother has dementia and can no longer speak or care for herself. We placed her in the Rutherford. We liked the layout of the facility. The bathroom was outdated and we had to replace the shower head. The food was not great. They brought in a guy who was former military to run the menory care unit and he was horrible. No compassion. No communication. I had to report him. They did not have things like sugar, on a regular basis. Only a few staff members were good. They have been great with working with us to get my dad in at short notice. The staff has been sweet and caring.
