Absolutely terrible experience. The owner is shockingly rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. From the moment I walked in, they acted as if helping me was an inconvenience. This place runs on arrogance and deceit, not customer service. Save yourself the frustration and take your business anywhere else.
The owner and staff are not only talented in the services they provide they are also extraordinarily welcoming, personable and professional. The inventory on display is top notch without being ridiculously overpriced. If you have the opportunity to visit the Rusty Nail do not pass it up. You will not be disappointed.
This place is amazing! The selection is remarkable and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They really have a eye for merchandise that 'fits' the area. They also have the ability to help with interior design work too which really helps. All in all top notch! Definitely recommend.
