I’ve lived in Topsham most of my life and unfortunately never knew this shop existed! I found them through Facebook marketplace. Got a great deal on the exact bike I wanted, Karl was super helpful and gave me some good advice since I haven’t been on a bike in a while. Also got a great deal on a helmet and other accessories. Really glad I found them, and will be going back for tuneups etc. in the future. Thanks!
Their Amazon store sucks
A while back I bought a seat saddle from the Rusty Crank through Amazon for $150. I had a problem with it and sent it back to them. I never heard back from them even after emailing them. Obviously, I don't trust them
I live in Pittsburgh, PA, and found a very specific item that I wanted to purchase. After calling the store and arranging details, everything was taken care of quickly, professionally, and involved incredible customer service. This shop is just outstanding. If I lived in this area, this would be my go-to bike shop. Hands Down. Truly, I cannot say enough great things about my experience, and wish I could do more to promote the business - yes, they are that fantastic! THANK YOU, Rusty Crank! You made my 2022!!!!!!!!!
I took my mountain bike into Karl at the Rusty Crank. There were a lot of issues with my bike and Karl took care of all of them!! It’s like riding a new bike!!! Excellent customer service!!!
