I was recommended to Joleen from The Rusted Poppy by someone I went to school with. She was just getting into the floral business herself and said Joleen was the best of the best. Joleen was easy to connect with right away. Unlike with other florists, we got right down to business and started with our budget. Amazing cute shop the best stuff for the best price and quality! DO NOT BUY FROM across the street uptown boutique!!! The stuff here at Poppy is incredible. Service is great on top way better prices and quality! Uptown is also coffee shop Owner is so horrendous does not allow service animals and even owns a coffee shop with the name Dog in it next door! Absolutely adore this little shop. The owner Joleen is an absolute doll she is so sweet and there are so many cute things in the store! I absolutely love the classes they hold so many cute personal items!
