When I purchased my first pair of saucony shoes (the minimalist running style). They turned out very good to wear while running. And it has the barefoot feel which is what I like. I recommend this shoe store to everyone.
I purchased a pair of stability shoes that another store recommended for me. They gave me blisters and were very uncomfortable during long runs. So I went to Running Depot and the associate who helped me was very knowledgeable. She took the time to measure accurately and listened to my concerns. I bought a pair of Brooks that I am very happy with! Ran 10 miles this morning with no pain at all. I highly recommend Running Depot!
Went in a week or so ago, and Chris(?) was unbelievably polite. She spent almost two hours explaining the right Shoes, videotaping my run, checking my footing, etc. the staff is worth the visit. Thanks!
