I am new to walking ( not running yet), but I started going to a gym. I’m old (almost 65) and have hip and knee problems. My daughter gave me a gift certificate from here for Christmas. Super nice lady (I think her name was Shawn) took care of me. Awesome experience! I didn’t feel rushed, Shawn was very knowledgeable and helpful and super sweet! The whole experience was great! Will definitely be going back!

Excellent service, custom fit shoes at the same prices as Amazon. Perfect fit, decreased my overall soreness in my legs while running! Won't buy shoes anywhere else!!
My wife and I come here and so do our kids from time to time. My one beef is that your $25 in-store credit system needs work. The last time my wife was there buying her shoes prior to her marathon training she was told she was four dollars away from the in-store credit? So she bought some stingers to get the credit and the associate said for some reason it didn’t register. I went in and bought shoes after her, and I told the associate that I should have the in-store credit and he said that it was not available to me.? Your i... read more
I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! They assess your feet right away and have you get on the treadmill and video you to watch how you run in the new shoes to make sure everything lines up and nothing looks out of whack. They were super helpful and gave good tips on reducing shin pain and weren’t pushy about one shoe over another, price, etc. can’t wait to try my new shoes! �
