As far as I'm concerned this place is AMAZING and Rachel is a goddess. I've had knee pain for years. I finally decided that the knees were going to hurt no matter what I did, so I was going to walk and get healthy! I had worked up to four miles but the pain was only getting worse and I was getting discouraged. I saw this place and popped in. Just got introduced to the Run Shoppe and Rachel! She got to know me, assessed my stride and foot placement, measured my feet because apparently I haven't done that in a while and was wearing a size and a half too small! Great fit now and I'll be back! Thank you Rachel.
