Hubby and I visited The Run Shoppe for the first time yesterday. This was my first time, hubby's second, to visit a specialty store. Everyone was so nice and helpful. We will definitely be back. Thanks for taking amazing care of us. :)

Took my wife there today to get better running shoes. Unbelievable service, spent over an hour with each of us. Nice to buy something when the person actually knows the product and is physically active in sports. Not just for runners, watched owner help several elderly people with foot issues and they were extremely happy as they left.
I am extremely disappointed in the run shop! The owner will only do exchange and gift cards no refunds. They based that off of Brooks return policy. So I called Brooks they said 100% money back guarantee and free shipping back. Unfortunately I purchased them threw a brick and mortar store and not directly threw the manufacturer. So for now on I'm going the way of most consumers and going to use stores like the run shop to try on product but buy them threw the manufacturer. So buyer beware!

Our return policy is clearly posted that all returns must be made with in 30 days from time of purchase . We were happy to go against that policy for you as it was past the 30 day time frame. The shoes were worn and could not be resold. So we happily offered you a full amount that you had paid in either an exchange or a gift card that had no expiration date and could be used towards anything in the store. Sorry if this did not make you happy as we surely did try .Hope all is well with you and have a wonderful day.
