Had a Great date night at the Rumpus Room! They have a great menu with fresh takes on old favorites, and are very accommodating for substitutions when they can. And they know how to cook a burger to order!!!; Hooray!!! Great wine & cocktail selections in a comfortable upscale pub atmosphere. Attentive servers & reasonable prices for the healthy portions they offer make it a great value. Can’t wait to return...for more Duck Poutine! But please also bring back the mussels—they were the best we’d ever had!
I dined at the Rumpus Room tonight 2-19-2020 before The Lion King at The Marcus Center. I had reservations for 2 at 6 o'clock and we were seated when we arrived at 5:50, the place was packed and guests were waiting for tables. Excellent service as our drink order was taken right away, we ordered entrees when our drinks were served. My girlfriend had one of the specials, Lobster Risotto and I had Pork Schnitzel both were excellent. Dinner was served in about 20 minutes and we were out the door by 7. food was mediocre at best, overpriced, unimaginative... yawn.
We recently had our rehearsal dinner at the Rumpus Room and could not give the restaurant a high enough recommendation! Heather was so easy to work with and helped make the evening stress free and perfect. Katie (the waitress) was absolutely amazing. She was attentive to our needs throughout the night and apps and food was brought out in a timely fashion. The food was delicious and the evening was the perfect beginning to our wedding weekend! Thank you Rumpus Room for being a part of our wedding weekend!
