Amazing. I've used another company for years (Sierra) and they couldn't carry these guys' brief case. The tech that showed up was polite, courteous and professional. Hew was extremely thorough as well. My former cleaner would be in and out of my house in 60-90 minutes. This kid was there almost 4 hours total and my carpets and rugs look brand new. I'm very impressed....
The team from The Specialists showed up on time and were very professional. They wore clean and professional uniforms and wore shoe covers to protect the carpets. The equipment they used is top of the line including blowers to help dry the carpet faster. Once done the carpets look fantastic! I will be using them again!
We have been using The Specialists for around 10 years. James and Joy use to both come out to do the work in the beginning. Now that they have started a family, they have added other staff members. Most recently Joe and Kevin cleaned our home. They did an outstanding job on our carpet. They are very professional young men.
