I took my rug to The Rug Rack it needed cleaned. I met the owner and he was so nice and polite! I left it with him and he gave me a approximate time it would be done. I was amazed how quick I got a phone that it was finished! I am also amazed at the work they did on it! It looks so nice and clean!!! I will never use anybody else! They are absolutely the best! Both of them were extremely polite and friendly! Thank you guys for your service!!!
!0/2/2025: We took in an Persian area rug for cleaning and while there looked for a new rug for our living room. After looking at dozens, we finally chose a spectacular Chinese rug with multi-colored pastel floral designs around a large center black rectangle. It was very reasonably priced. Murphy's/Rug Rack delivered the cleaned rug and the new rug to our home and helped move furniture to install the new rug. Not sure if the owner is racist, yet he called me a girl twice. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. I went in expecting a simple shopping trip for a rug, but instead left questioning the owner’s attitude toward customers. The rugs themselves were fine, but the experience with the owner left a bad taste. It’s possible the owner could be racist, and that’s something I can’t ignore when deciding where to shop.
