Absolutely phenomena service. Unbelievable price
The final cost was much higher than originally quoted. Ask the right questions before agreeing to services. On the phone I was told the cleaning would be 50.00 for my 5x7 rug and to make some minor repairs wouldn't be more than 25.00. My Ticket for service was 76.00 when I dropped off the rug. When I picked yo my rug, I was charged 100.00. I questioned the charge and showed him my ticket. I was then told that 76.00 was just the cleaning. I had a rug cleaned that was very dirty. I didn't really expect that it would get very clean. I had had it "steem" cleaned, which didn't seem to clean it at all. The Rug Rack did a wonderful job; my Rug looks brand new! The owner was friendly and the price was very reasonable. I recommend them highly.
