I brought in a braided rug for repair and cleaning. I picked it up about a week later and when I unrolled it at home there were several spots that hadn't been fixed and a section where the repaired thread was very loose. I brought it back it and showed her the spots. I never received a call that it was finished so a few weeks later my husband dropped by and it was ready.
