I tried giving this company a chance to reply to my email but after two weeks I received no response on the issue. I've used this company before and never had an issue. This time was different. They showed up and started to work on the carpet. I had a pet accident I really needed cleaning as shown in the pictures. They took maybe 45 minutes to clean and were done. I brought in a braided rug for repair and cleaning. I picked it up about a week later and when I unrolled it at home there were several spots that hadn't been fixed and a section where the repaired thread was very loose. I brought it back it and showed her the spots. I never received a call that it was finished so a few weeks later my husband dropped by and it was ready.
