Beware of the multitudes (underneath this review) of false positive/bogus reviews of this place. jessica doesn't even work at The rudisel Law Firm anymore, and apparently doesn't even live in Houston. This outfit was very unprofessional, constantly late, and rarely returned calls. I would NOT recommend rudisel to anyone for any reason.
Great Lawyer and handled my case with ease. He fought for me and treated me fairly. He is committed to excellence.
They helped me with my custody case after I hired two other attorneys. I felt safe and like Shawn was taking care of me. I will recommend them to anyone fighting for their kids!
I'm not sure what happen with the clients that left the last two reviews, but I totally disagree with them. Mr.Rudisel's law firm is very efficient and organized! Yes, Ms. Angel has worked with this firm for several years, she has great customer service, and I have zero complaints. I have recommended Rudisels Law Firm to many of my friends and family members.
Do NOT use this law firm. I had so many problems with them. You can never get Rudisel on the phone, Angel has made mistake after mistake, and you can rarely get ahold of her at all! There is no reason that these issues should of happened, or not been dealt with in a timely fashion. It feels that you are more of a problem than a client. With all the lawyers in Houston, take your money else where.
Angel , the paralegal, is completely unprofessional and incompetent. She does not seem to be knowledgeable at all, she makes careless mistakes, she does not get things done when she says she will, and she does not return phone calls or reply to even the most straightforward questions emailed to her. It was clear to me that once she took my money, I was no longer a priority. The Rudisel Law Firm has been a huge help in my life, I recently finalized my divorce about a month ago and i have to say it was a stress free process, the staff kept me well informed with updates on my case. I would highly recommend this firm to family, friends and anyone that is in need of a attorney.
