We had a great Memorial Day meal at The Rudder. Service was fast and friendly. The food was delicious! Fried Pickles were great! Thanks to our waitress Shelby Willis for great service!
99.9% sure I will NOT be back!! Worst service I have ever had dining out!! Had to ask a different waitress for drink refills, had to ask 2X for a to go box, waited 1/2 hour after the waitress asked if we were ready for the check for her to actually bring it to us and to top if off food was spilled on a girl in our party and no one ever came back to clean it up!!!
We've been a few times to eat here and loved it but after tonight we're not sure we'll be back. If you are going to run a successful restaurant you should probably hire more staff. We waited almost 35 mins for our food and then another 35 mins just out check and a to-go box. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention the buss boy that spilled two sides of cocktail and tartar sauce on one member of our party and then did not even clean it up off the table or floor. Another fail tonight! We were told the wait would be about 35 minutes. After waiting for over 65 minutes, and asking about all the empty tables, we were told the kitchen was backed up so they weren't seating anyone. That is exactly what happened last time we were there about 6 months ago.
Waited for 90 minutes tonight, hostess told me that they would not seat anyone until the kitchen caught up...unreal It is really to bad, because I like to go there.
We love The Rudder! Had a blast last night celebrating my husband's birthday with 25+ friends. Big thanks to Chris, Michelle and staff for making it a success. You did great!! And everyone loved Brandon's music. We'll be back for more!!
A great family pub with good food ,looking forward to bringing all my family over in April from Northern Ireland hope the weather is good
