This is the first apartment community I've lived in, and after three years here and two unit transfers, I can confidently say it's been a great experience. Everything has been handled smoothly, and the office staff has always been friendly, responsive, and helpful whenever I've needed anything in my apartment.
I have lived here for 5 years now and unfortunately I wish I could say it's been all a good experience but today I find out my dad's in the hospital and I need to leave and there needs to be a fire inspection which I understand needs to happen but I needed to make arrangements for my pets being left. I had to speak with multiple people in the office to find out what the situation was and didn't find out until 6:00 p.m. that I need to get them out of my apartment so they can inspect.
There are so many good things I can say about this place but the main person I want to highlight is Seda! She was so warm and welcoming, she made so many things happen on such a short timeline. She has really been the reason why this has already been such a great experience and I can't say enough amazing things about her!
The Staff is really kind! The maintenance team is quick to respond and come over and fix things. My children have made such good friends here! My husband and I have made good friends here. The grounds are kept very clean and the pool parties are always so fun!! They even have wrapping paper, bows and all the things you need to wrap your presents in the community center around Christmas time!! Overall just a really thoughtful staff. Loved living here over the past three and a half years!! Highly recommend
I had a very smooth move in thanks to Seda!
