The Royce has beautiful amenities, the maintenance team are efficient, the leasing agent I work with is professional and always very helpful.
Love my apartment! Great views, pool with BBQ grills and cozy patio furniture. There is a private gym open to only the people who reside here. Just the right size, private bathrooms and dressing are to use for the the gym and pool area. We have a two bedroom, two full bathroom apartment that has its own washerand dryer in the guest bathroom. We chose the side of the building where you can watch the sunset!
