Had a bizarre time last weekend. The bartender let some random man put a straw in two of my friends' drinks. Thank god we saw, and called the bartender out when he served the drinks. We asked how that was even allowed and his response was "I honestly wasnt thinking". Then he proceeded to try to give me a shot of Kava with my drink that was never ordered, nor on the menu for the drink..... it was unsettling, felt very uncomfortable

Drinks are phenomenal but the real reason to come is the excellent service from John! Truly the best place to start a night in Austin!
So this place did not block out their reservations for a time they had a private party. It was really disappointing to walk in and be told we couldn’t go in after we had been meaning to meet there with friends before dinner. For the future to avoid this happening to their guests would highly recommend having someone figure this out in their system
