Stayed here for 5 days. The room looked like it was last renovated in the early 2000’s. The headboard was peeling, the cabinets were damaged and the bathroom clearly needed work. The front desk team was kind and accommodating. However, we had to valet our rental for $90/day and they lost our key and kept us waiting without letting us know the second night and then finally found it after a 75 minute delay. Really nice hotel with awesome shower pressure and really hot water! The front desk staff was very friendly and extremely helpful, checking in early was a breeze!
Sehr schönes, zentral gelegenes Hotel in Chicago. Fußläufig in ca. 20 min am Pier und 10 min in die Innenstadt. Frühstück hatte ich nicht dabei und kann daher nicht beurteilen.
This is a nice hotel in many ways, but the service, management and maintenance is not up to 4 star hotel standards. Pros: Doorman Antwonne, was fabulous, friendly and helpful. I wish he was there every day. Liz at the front desk was very professional and helpful. Gabby at front desk was nice.
