I would evict everybody and it’s unprofessional allowing the cardinals players to stay here and other sports teams
Stayed here multiple times and truly enjoyed each stay. Front desk staff and management really honor your status with room upgrades, and complimentary treats and breakfast, which all make for an incredible stay. Shout out to staff member Edward who filled in at the bar, he was genuinely friendly and pleasant to interact with. Miss the 6 am breakfast, please bring that back
I had an amazing experience at the hotel. Ashley, the manager, took care of us. We had dinner at the Chase Club inside the hotel. The food was fantastic, the treatment we received was fantastic. The staff has been really helpful and kind for the whole time. Definitely recommended.
Our last stay here was everything we could ever imagine - from the check in to the wonderful restaurant experiences! We only had a small hiccup & the amazing Ashley Williams thankfully figured that out for us so quickly! We can’t recommend The Royal and Ashley Williams enough! We’re still dreaming about the food at The Preston and The Chase Club - can’t wait to try The Tenderloin Room on our next trip! We will definitely be coming back again ♥️
