Although we didnt have the best of experience when we came the day before, we had a far better experience treatment the day after. Thank you especially for the lovely nurses Tilly, Fae and triage nurse Hanna and all the team involved.
I recently had pain in my calf and after a CT Scan DVT was suspected. However the very diligent ladies in US discovered an aneurysm and clot behind my knee and I was sent to surgery immediately. While I had not expected and overnight stay and did not have any kit with me the nurses looked after me very well with shaving etc. When the surgery was found not to have restored blood flow to my foot, I was sent for another procedure to remove the thrombosis and place stents in my lower leg. My wife whi has pregnant for 17 werks have to attended the royal women melbourne hospital due to that she has blackout and unconscious for nearly 10minutes, we have been refer to the Royal Melbourne hospital, i have to give them 5 stars as the services are outstanding, from nurses to the doctors their, we haven’t been waiting long at the reception around 15min, the nurses came with the pram take my wife in, doctors doing blood test examining, the process is really smooth, outstanding customer services with utmost care.
Couldn't be more grateful to all the staff who assisted me when I came in Sunday morning with a broken jaw and a whole lot of other cuts and bruises. Special shout out to Celeste, Maria and Daniel for being the most compassionate people looking after me.
