I went for a simple silk press and I ended up with her putting some type of relaxer on my hair without my consent so that she could manage my hair more easier without my knowledge OR permission. After 6 years of dedication on my natural journey she simply wanted to make her job easier by adding chemicals to help straighten my hair since I have alot when all she had to say was that she didn't feel comfortable working on natural hair. No services were rendered. She took the fee for appointment plus a tip. It took weeks of me going back and forth with my bank and Style seat for resolution. I do not recommend doing business with this beautican.
