I love Royal Day Spa. February will make two years that I have been coming here. I went today and Trixie did my nails. She takes such good care of me and has really helped me with my nails. I was having a problem with them breaking and she came up with a couple of solutions and they've really helped. They really have a gem in Trixie. She's always very nice and makes sure i'm happy.
There nearly 3 hours for a mani/pedi.
The place where you are treated like a queen.Me and my sister when normally they are busy but we caught them right on time.The reason I like royal nails they Dont jump from client to client .there focus is you!!!
I had a consultation with Natalie last week and she gave me her cell phone number to contact her when I wanted to set up my appointment. I I explained to her that it would be this week and I contacted her four times and left two messages and have never got a call back. Contacted the salon and the girl at the desk asked me if I sent her a text message? I shouldn't have to send a text message, I feel like I should have at least got a call back.
