I recently stayed in the POSSUM ward after my newborn daughter's sugery. All the nurses on the ward was so lovely and very understanding while I try to look after newborn baby on the ward. However, I do have one negative feedback that I like to share and I hope it might make some changes afterwards. When we were waiting at the Reception J to pick up my daughter after surgery. I am shocked about all the bad reviews at this hospital. Just entering the place you realise the whole place was designed very well. completely Seperate and adequate amount of triage rooms, doctors (included contracted ones when needed to fill in gaps) and nurses. It also has a giant fish aquarium in the waiting room for children. Not only that but the place has built in cafes, grocery store, food stores, Jesus people what the hell else do you expect in a hospital to give it such a shitty rating like 1 star. lol if you come ... read more
