Just came here today for my daughter’s peanut allergy test. Most of the staff we encountered were very welcoming, kind, and lovely. However, our experience changed when we went to pathology. We waited for quite a long time, and unfortunately, the lady who assisted us was quite rude and unfriendly. It was disappointing, especially after having such a positive experience with the other staff.
The system status is currently set to 'extremely busy,' even though there are only four patients waiting in the lounge. This discrepancy creates an inaccurate perception of long wait times, which can negatively impact the patient experience and discourage future visits."
Cool buildings and facilities, but the wait for a specialist is super long. Plus, there's no system to tell you how much longer until it's your turn. Your systems need to be improved!
