I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the concierge staff, particularly Josh and Marisol. They are exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. The cleaners are also amazing at keeping the building spotless and with a fresh scent. Thank you for providing such exceptional service and hospitality.
Support staff from the front desk / cleaners are some of the best - 3+ years here and it’s been great overall.
Building feels high end overall, however heat / AC are real weak in the units. I also have to either have a secondary fan or heater on. It’s disappointing and an extra monthly cost for electrical.
