Vicki Williams is the worst property manager I’ve ever met! Don’t believe their “amenities” splash pad is NEVER open and there is nothing for kids to do. Can’t use the gym, drug dealers and cops are the norm. She evicted my daughter because the neighbors son tried to stab her but had to take the neighbors side because he wasn’t on his girlfriends lease because he had 38 violent felonies.( he lived right in front of the office for two years and she actually took the stand in court and said she had. no idea who he was and swor... read more

Awesome Place to Live!!! The staff is so kind and they really try to help you anyway they can. They make the process of moving in effortless. The community is always kept clean. All of the apartments are updated and priced accurately. It is very quit for an apartment community. They do tow so it for sure keep the unknown traffic out. The location is perfect!! Wonderful apartments & management! I have been living here two years now and I just LOVE IT!! my neighbors are wonderful and help keep an eye out for any suspicious activity that may happen. Management has made me feel right at home & safe as they rushed to my apartment when I had an issue! Wonderful place to live ??

great to live here is and wonderful experience nice court yard, splash pad for children nice and clean area for down home BBQ's it's like on other place here in Denton Texas .The management is great staff all time with a smile on their face willing to help. if you have plants all the sun shine they need property is always clean from any trash. just a wonderful place to live if you are new to the city of Denton Texas.
