Very nice and beautiful..wish they had free continental breakfast.
After a few stays with Marriott in the US, I was honestly not expecting much for this stay given the overall poor performances across its properties. But this place is just different. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, especially John at the front desk, and the hotel was clean and well kept. The gym was very good as well. Staff are friendly but also professional. I booked this hotel through booking.com- they instead charged my American Express card which they said was to be used incase there’s an incidental - but instead charged the room to my card so I paid twice I’ve called 4x with promises for call backs from manager and to return the money to my card, and 2 months later I’m still chasing them around, waiting forever and can’t get any manager to call me back.
