The homes are absolutely beautiful and spacious. I like the floor plan and the location. Quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, fresh white cabinetry, and textured walls give the home a modern contemporary feel. I also like the fact that the house has a two car garage as well. The guest bedrooms are big enough to fit a 5 piece furniture set with no impudence of flow, and the closets are very spacious. Who in there right mind would pay half a million dollars for these houses. They are right next to college apartments that have constant break ins and your view is electrical substation. Guys come on.
We live nearby and watched the Moss Brook homes be built. Not only do they look stupid as they’re all exact copies of each other, they threw them together in only a few weeks all while it was raining too. Anyone who would spend 400k+ on one of these tiny matchbox homes would be an absolute fool.
