AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! 1. They will tell you its under new management, maybe but my experience was still terrible like the old reviews. 2. They will not honor the apartment lease even though they expect you to. 3. Repairs take forever -- over 3-4 weeks to get a simple thing fixed (sliding closet door fell off groove). 4. Avoid this place and save yourself the hassle. Work orders are never done. The office staff doesn't ever help with anything. When things break it's a quick fix then they're broken again. I've been trying to get work orders in since March.
