I had an absolutely terrible experience at Heaven’s Apartment in Kent. We paid over $1,400 something upfront for a studio that was completely unlivable when we moved in. The room was dirty, smelled strongly of fresh paint (a health hazard), and the bathroom was disgusting with spider webs and a poorly scrubbed tub. The balcony reeked of urine, and the entire apartment was in unacceptable condition. The kitchen wasn’t even ready for use, and we had to keep air fresheners running 24/7 just to tolerate the smell.
