April was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She showed me the unit in the pouring down rain. Went over all the amenities, and gave me options out of two rentals. She also told me about the current rent special. These apartments seem like a great fit. Hopefully I will be calling them home soon. Run from these people Extremely unprofessional and dishonest management. They still haven’t returned my deposit money even after promising it would be refunded in 14–21 business days. It has been over a month and a half, and all they give are excuses — no check, no proof, nothing. The property manager Aleda is unreliable and keeps changing her words every minute. I strongly do not recommend this apartment complex. My car was towed from my assigned parking spot without any warning — no call, no email, not even a sticker. The management takes no responsibility for notifying residents, and this could happen to anyone at any time. The administration is extremely unreliable: staff constantly change, maintenance workers respond very slowly, or sometimes not at all.
