2026 Update: Moved in because of Jordan, but she left with the old team (and Cheryl who was also amazing!). New property management team came in, Allied(?), and now things are so delayed and communication is basically nonexistent at this point. Three different phone numbers and only one actually works... to get you to a voicemail where you will get a call back days to weeks later because no one seems to answer the phones at any point in the day. I am a prospective tenant I can't get ahold of a real person at their offices. Their email is run by a chatbot who tells me it can't answer my questions. I can only imagine how difficult it is for residents to get help with maintenance or billing issues.
This place is not good to live the houses get molded and the and the lack of parking space is very low I would not recommend living here
April was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She showed me the unit in the pouring down rain. Went over all the amenities, and gave me options out of two rentals. She also told me about the current rent special. These apartments seem like a great fit. Hopefully I will be calling them home soon. That was all cap, as soon as I got the key it went down hill and had been a zero since. We have had three property management conpanies in less than 18 months. Thrive, Avenue 5, and now Allied.
