I have had the worst experience living here of any apartment i’ve lived at. One of the reasons I moved into this place was because of the Flex rent (which helped with catching up on bills, now the new management require the entire rent up front and gave such short notice) and the amazing management company at that time of my move in (almost a year ago). 2026 Update: Moved in because of Jordan, but she left with the old team (and Cheryl who was also amazing!). New property management team came in, Allied(?), and now things are so delayed and communication is basically nonexistent at this point. Three different phone numbers and only one actually works... to get you to a voicemail where you will get a call back days to weeks later because no one seems to answer the phones at any point in the day. I am a prospective tenant I can't get ahold of a real person at their offices. Their email is run by a chatbot who tells me it can't answer my questions. I can only imagine how difficult it is for residents to get help with maintenance or billing issues.
This place is not good to live the houses get molded and the and the lack of parking space is very low I would not recommend living here
