My review is solely to relay that Jordan, Leasing Consultant, was top tier as far as how much effort she put into getting the tour completed as well as getting my information reviewed and approved same day. I am a first time renter (on my own) and this process has been draining from setting aside the time to view properties and orchestrate the moving process to looking at the financial budget and dealing with roommate drama. Cheryl, the assistant property manager, made applying for the Haven Apartment homes easy, quick, and as stress-free as possible. I really appreciate Cheryl's attention to detail, professionalism, and actually caring for her tenants with her overall approach/view of positive community impact. I moved in early 2025 and am very pleased with the upgraded amenities included in my apartment and the office club house/gym.
