I can’t recommend Stephen at Ross Goldsmith highly enough. I brought him my Omega Seamaster “No Time To Die” with the original Grade 2 titanium mesh bracelet after one of the welded end fittings failed. Several places either couldn’t perform the repair or recommended replacing the entire bracelet. Stephen took the time to evaluate it, explained the repair process, and did an outstanding job at a very fair price. Stephan is a master goldsmith and has successfully repaired many antique pieces for me.
Stephan was able to quickly repair an earring for me that I couldn't get fixed at any other jeweler! He's extremely skilled and friendly, and clearly passionate about his work--visiting a goldsmith like him instead of a standard jeweler was extremely refreshing and his quality of work is outstanding. Super excited to eventually return and explore additional jewelry options here, would 100% recommend :)
