Kudos to Laurel at Ross Agency who went above and beyond - making one pro bono phone call to someone who had possession of my lost AirPods. I had tracked them across the country and then back to Springfield, IL. Not the biggest case in the world, but Laurel’s smart persuasion got the man to call me and ship them to me in Alabama. She has a big heart and I would certainly trust Ross for any of your needs.
I hired agency spent $300 told $125 per hour. I was looking for a missing friend. They made few phone calls, sent a couple emails, that’s it. They could not even get a phone number. So basically it was a total waste of money. They supplied with me no new information. Be wise use a different company.
