I've always loved Rosemount, what a beautiful place! 🥰
We want to share our experience with The Rosemount. Our father was in the hospital for 9 days and needed to transition to hospice upon discharge. The doctor required that he have 24/7 care to be discharged. We were new at this, so we felt our only two options were a care facility or in-home care. Hiring process was terrible. Had two interviews set up as the recruiter missed the first one, then skipped the 2nd one. I got a email later that day stating “they hired internally” I find this super unprofessional and I don’t usually go out of my way to comment or review, but again this was unprofessional. A call or email on my FIRST set up interview stating they have hired and aren’t looking anymore would have been the respectful thing to do. I dropped off a patient (EMS) at this facility and talked to her nurse, Rachel A. She was extremely polite and helpful. I could instantly tell that the patient I was dropping off was going to be well cared for.
