I originally bookmarked the Rosemary Room for brunch, but we ended up coming for dinner instead. We ordered the beef sliders, truffle Parmesan fries, and I had the hibiscus margarita. Everything was really good. The food was solid, and the pricing felt fair for today’s world—not cheap, but not outrageous either. Terrible service. Walked in, waited for someone to seat me. They saw me yet ignored me. Waited for about 10-15 min then I walked over to reception for help. Receptionist seated me and took my order. I sat for 30 minutes with no food. Got up and left because there was no one in sight to even ask about my meal. ridiculous. They truly don’t care.
We were there for their good review. Accompanying my 86 old mother with 72 year old uncle who we met in 30 years. I needed some quiet classy place they can have quality conversation in 30 years. The place was quiet as there were no other customers. Attendee was rude to sit us next to their kitchen as if there were no other seats where we can hear kitchen conversations. Went for breakfast while staying at the hotel. Breakfast Burrito was really good, and the side potatoes were some of the best I’ve had. Rodolfo and Russell took incredible care of me, kept the drink refills coming before I could even ask for them, including bringing me one to go.
