I don't live in this building but I will share that owners or management are not very attentive. Why - very often residents leave car tires and other objects in the yard for weeks that definitely don't belong there. This is visible to anyone walking by on Portland Avenue and it is gross since no other buildings in the neighborhood are like that. My guess is that any responsible management would right away ask residents not to leave all those objects in the yard including a lot of dog poop. Also, it is the only building in th... read more
