Stinky, stinky, stinky building! The building smells constantly of feces and garbage. The hallways, my condo, even all the way till my bedroom - I can constantly smell garbage coming from the chute. Apparently it's a flaw with the building's design and ventilation system. They've obviously said they can't do anything about it. On top of that, broken pipes caused floods and damage across two different sections of the building, leaking all the way down to the mailroom. Do not recommend anyone buy or rent here.
Well, I was woken up at 4 AM (again!) thanks to the building's garbage smell. (Seriously; the other reviews aren't kidding!) There’s a disgusting garbage smell all of the time. It's either the building's design or the property's management, but the smell of garbage constantly leeches into 3 of the 10 units on all residential floors. Even if you close the door to the chute (which is often left open by other tenants), the smell still leaches under the door and into your suite. The proximity of this building to amenities should as the subway, grocery store is the big positive to living here. As for the building itself (I rented for 1.5 years), the units are very cheaply built. We also had issues with A/C both summers I lived there.
