Staff- Sarah was so helpful and professional. She answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. Really nice location, close to everything.
The building itself looks great from the outside, but living here has been extremely disappointing. Ongoing issues with loud neighbors, strong marijuana odors, and poor cleanliness make it uncomfortable to live here. Large trash bags are left in the hallways from Friday through Sunday, creating an unsanitary environment, even though pickup isn’t until Sunday evening. Speed bumps are needed in this neighborhood as someone stated below. Cars are always flying through the parking lot and not cautious of small kids or anyone for that matter, It’s very inconsiderate
