Speed bumps are needed in this neighborhood as someone stated below. Cars are always flying through the parking lot and not cautious of small kids or anyone for that matter, It’s very inconsiderate
needs stop signs or speed bumps i’ve been almost been hit by a car 4 times while walking out here haven’t even lived here a full year.
I had a really great experience living at The Roseberry. From the start, everything just felt easy — the leasing process was simple, the move-in was smooth, and the staff was always helpful and friendly. Anytime I needed a repair or had a question, they responded quickly and took care of it without any hassle. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and comfortable. UPDATE!!!!!! 11-13-2024 Staff was great but the property the hallways are not kept up the door is broken since i moved in and I don't even want to start about the neighboors stomp and throw trash everywhere . Kids screming and just unmonitor , I had to disconnect calls because it was so loud. I had roaches in my apartment and hallway carpet looks like the ghetto horrible. Month update I am still seeing roaches and the door is still broken . Dog poop all in the grass no one picks it up smh, This has been a disappointing move ... read more
