Great place for spa parties, bridal parties and showers or just a fun spa day with friends. Women and men both enjoy the spa. Not exclusive to The Cascades community. Everyone is welcome!

I made an appointment. I was told to arrive 15 minutes early before my scheduled time. I arrived 20. 15 minutes after my schedule time the receptionist ask if I would like to reschedule as my stylist was running behind. She could have told me that at my scheduled time. Terrible customer care service!
Had a dry haircut done by Elizabeth and it was wonderful! She was able to perfectly bring to life exactly what I had in my mind!
I had the Reparative Facial with Melissa Newman today, and absolutely loved it!
I was recommended to the rose spa and Emilee specifically for a pre birth massage. I booked an appointment with her almost a week before based on online availability. On arrival I received a different massage therapist than the one I booked with, with no explanation.
They cut men's hair here!!!!!! The best hair cut I've ever had without a doubt!!! If you like a straight razor shave, it's the place to go! The whole experience was great, I felt more confident walking out, lol. Jess rocked the hair cut and shave I will most definitely be back!!!
