VIP member for what??? Very disappointed today. Sandy shop doesn't open until 9 a.m. so I called around 10:15 to get some flowers delivered to my wife for valentines. She works in West Jordan. Natalie was very rude and stated there would be no way for that to happen and insisted I come to their shop and pick up. I have used the Rose Shop many times in the past.
