I can’t say enough good things about Ruzica (front desk staff). As a friend of someone who lives there, I come in often, Ruzica at the front desk is truly exceptional. She is kind, welcoming, and goes above and beyond for everyone. It’s rare to meet someone so consistently pleasant, and she makes the whole place feel welcoming. Thank you for your amazing service! My apologies if her name is spelled incorrectly.
Beautiful community, clean and tidy, fully Kosher. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Tammy is wonderful, thank you for the great tour.
My beloved father passed away four months after my parents moved into Rose Schnitzer. My siblings and I could not be happier with the love and support the Rose Schnitzer staff and residents have given to our mom since his passing. If you want a place where you know your parents will be cared for, this is it.
My family and I were lucky to find Rose Schnitzer Manor for our loved one a few months ago. The staff helped make her transition smooth and she has settled into her “new home” beautifully. The programming of events, delicious food and forest like setting all make this a unique place. We looked at a lot of top-end places comparable to Rose Schnitzer Manor around Portland such as Willamette View and Mary’s Woods in Lake Oswego. I love Rose Schnitzer Manor! I have lived here for 3 months and I immediately felt warmly welcomed by the staff and fellow residents. The food is superb. I always recount my meal to my family and they are jealous. The activities are varied from musical performances to lectures to book groups, to games and even a weekly happy hour! My personal experience has been that the staff are loving, attentive and kind. They understand people with age or disability challenges.I recommend it without reservation. DG
