I'll make this very short...... they are horrible. Cant get a hold of the one so called receptionist that comes in and leave when she pleases, drs walk in over an hour late if they show up at all, no one informs you if the dr wont be there, the dr that does see someone literally is writing the ex out as your walking in, asks how your doing as shes writing g I. Someone else chart hands your smythe ex and says have a nice day...literally less then a min and a half because she sits there silent. Doesnt even look at you. Counsel... read more

I'm writing this for my wife who they neglected to care for. I wrote a long detailed review..until I realized, they don't even deserve that. These people, that call themselves therapists, doctors, "receptionists", are incompetent, greedy, discriminate, and are neglectful. If I could give them zero stars I would. They are terrible. They do not call you back. Stop taking patients you can not properly care for, nor properly diagnose. I went to the Rose Resiliency to get the Vivitrol shot. In order to do that, I was told I needed to meet up with a counselor twice and then get a psych evaluation from one of the two doctors there where I could then get the shot. When I met with my counselor for the first time, she didn't even know what the vivitrol shot was, let alone if they did it there or not. After I explained to her what it was, I made my second appointment with her, as well as the appointment to see the doctor to get the psych evaluation, which was ov... read more
