I was looking for a plant to send to a memorial service in Kerrville. Not being familiar with any florists in Kerrville, I did a google search and called several floral listings who had an actual Kerrville address and Kerrville telephone number on their website.I talked with Lisa at The Rose Petal and after her learning the surrounding circumstances, she suggested a cymbidium orchid plant. I ordered flowers from here to be delivered to my mom for Mother's Day. They were to be delivered on May 8; I received a confirmation from them that they would be delivered on May 8. They had both my mom's and my telephone numbers. They never called and they NEVER delivered the flowers to her. She was left on Mother's Day with nothing. Don't bother ordering from them.
